NON-SMOKING APARTMENTS

Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. We ask our guests to smoke only on the balcony.

Ortstaxe

On the 1st of January 2014, the Ortstaxe was introduced in South Tyrol. The revenues from the city center are used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructures and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempted. The price is payable on departure and is stated separately in the invoice.

RESERVATIONS

We ask you to make reservations in writing. Your reservation is binding upon receipt of a deposit of about 1/3 of the rental price.

PAYMENT

The prices are per person and night. The price includes bed linen, kitchen linen, towels and bath towels as well as electricity, heating and hot water. The final cleaning fee is 85,00€/Appartment. Additionally, you have to pay the local tourist tax of 2,40€ per person per night.

The following means of payment are allowed: cash, bank transfer.

Payments with credit card, debit card or bancomat are not possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If canceled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no penalty will be charged. Cancellations made within 30 to 8 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% and 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the agreed apartment price.

Please understand that we must charge the full apartment rate in case of late arrival or early departure, as well as for unoccupied beds.
